Physical Therapy

The Physical Therapy Department provides rehabilitation for patients with musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgery needs, or other medically related conditions. Services are available to active duty personnel, retirees, and all other eligible beneficiaries. A referral is needed for an appointment.
