The Nurse Advice Line is available to all TRICARE beneficiaries in the U.S. except those enrolled in the US Family Health Plan.

You may also request an appointment using the MHS Genesis Patient Portal by visiting: https://mhsgenesis.health.mil and submit a new message to your assigned Primary Care Provider by searching last name, first name.
